Malayan Towage and Salvage Corporation (MTSC)was established in 1974 to provide world class integrated maritime solutions. MTSC works closely with our business partners to provide safe, time efficient and cost competitive solutions while maintaining high levels of service, safety, and operating standards. We provide turn-key solutions as well as routine services and align our services with our Clients’ businesses.
In addition to MTSC, the following entities support and enhance MTSC capabilities:
- Asia Pacific Chartering (APC) provides Ship Agency Services, Ship Brokering, Ship Husbanding, Grain Trading, and Vessel Lay Up.
- Subic Drydock Corporation (SDC) is a full-service shipyard located at the Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
ASSETS
Our fleet includes 20 multi-tasked tugs (ranging from 2400HP to 5000HP). Assets are strategically located in our designated operational sites to support our Clients' requirements.
- MTSC's marine assets carry full Protection and Indemnity (P&I) coverage from The Shipowner's Club (SOP), an IG Club.
- MTSC prioritizes safety and compliance with all regulatory requirements. We work closely with Philippine Coast Guard, Marina and Philippine Ports Authority.
- MTSC’s assets are classed by international agencies such as RINA or by domestic class societies.
- All of MTSC assets benefit from a proactive PMS system to include regular dry docking.
- MTSC is ISO 9001 certified – Quality Management System.
